PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:

Binder T-40 is special for discharge printing. Very soft hand touch and excellent washing fastness,not easy to screen clot for machinery printing. Specially suitable for nylon fabric, mercerized cotton fabric etc.

BASIC CHARACTER：

Appearance：milky white liquid

Ion state: anion

Solid content：40±2

PH：6.5—7

APPLICATION：

light color dosage：10%—15%

Dark color dosage：20%—25%

It is used for machine printing with good wetting function, not easy to screen clot, the fastness is much better after curing

Temperature：150—180℃，time：3—5 minutes
